POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment.

​

However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

1.  Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged the full price of the service. You must pay for the full price of your service before booking another appointment. 

​

2.  Less than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged for half of the service. You must pay for half of your services before booking another appointment.

 

3.  More than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be applied, and you may reschedule your appointment without penalty.

 

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Booking Confirmation: By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.

 

Contact Us: We send out confirmations 72 hours in advance of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible. No penalty will be applied if changes are made more than 48 hours after your appointment.

Tardiness Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible to all our clients.

 

To ensure smooth operations and respect for everyone's schedules, we have implemented the following tardiness policy:

 

1.  Confirmation Commitment: When you confirm your appointment, you are committing to the service you have booked. This commitment allows us to allocate the necessary time and resources to accommodate your needs.

 

2.  Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be flexible within reason.

 

3.  Late Arrivals: If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, our stylists will do their best to accommodate you with the remaining time available. However, please note that you will be charged for the full service that you booked and confirmed.

 

4.  No Call, No Show: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no call, no show) will result in a full charge of the service booked. In addition, you will be required to pay for your next service in advance before being able to book another appointment.

 

Professional Etiquette: We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the scheduled appointment times. Being punctual not only ensures that you receive the full benefit of your service but also helps us maintain a smooth and efficient operation for all our clients.

 

Rescheduling: If you anticipate being late or unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a suitable alternative time.

Photography Policy

We’re thrilled to help you achieve your perfect look with a new color, cut, or treatment! Your transformation is just as exciting for us as it is for you. As part of our commitment to capturing and sharing the beauty of our work, we may ask for your permission to take photos of your service.

If you’d like to take any photos yourself during your visit, please be sure to ask for permission from anyone who may appear in the shot, including staff, clients, or other guests. We value creating a welcoming and respectful environment, and we appreciate your understanding and consideration in maintaining that atmosphere.
